As founder, President, and CEO, Frank Moran spent nearly 30 years of his life building TeamOne, now recognized as one of the most well-known recruitment agencies in Southern California.

But his success in this venture wasn’t always so predictable… Mr. Moran entered the world of recruitment and selection while he was unemployed. A specialized company in the field hired him. One year later, this ambitious entrepreneur broke his contract to launch his own agency: TeamOne.

In addition to being a leader recognized by the community, Mr. Moran has been honored by the California State Senate and has worked with esteemed leaders such as President Bill Clinton, President George Bush Sr., Governor Gray Davis, Governor Pete Wilson, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Mayor Richard Riordan.

Mr. Moran measures TeamOne’s success not solely by the company’s financial performance, but by the growth and development of its employees. The average employee retention rate at TeamOne is five years or more.

This once again proves that effort, passion, and commitment can lead to the achievement of great projects. It was with this same mindset that TeamOne Belgium was founded in 2002, under the leadership of Olivier Vaneetveld, who was joined in 2012 by Marc Franzen.
